We are more than happy to work with our customers to produce customised pieces, so please feel free to contact us if you have something special in mind.
PAYMENT:
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our items, payment will need to be made in full prior to items being shipped/given to clients.
At this time, payment is currently taken online (through Paypal), and via direct deposit. Money orders, personal cheques and cash are also possible - please contact us for more information.
PRODUCTION TIME:
We always do our best to have your goods produced in a timely manner. Depending on the item/s you purchase, and whether we need to order stock or not, we aim to have your goods delivered within two to six weeks of ordering.
SHIPPING:
We try to keep shipping prices as low as possible by using prepaid and flat rate prices. Unfortunately, due to the way shipping is calculated, this is not always possible, especially with larger items.
If in doubt, please contact us for a shipping quote PRIOR to placing an order.
REFUND POLICY:
As all items are handmade, there may be some slight differences between the image you see online and the item you receive.
If you place an order, then change your mind within THREE days, a full refund will be given. After this time, a refund will only be provided if your item is faulty. Should this occur, the item will need to be returned prior to a refund being issued.
***Please note - we are unable to provide refunds on items that are damaged during transit. If this occurs, you will need to address your concerns with Australia Post, or the relevant courier. We strongly recommend including insurance in your postage costs.***
DISCLAIMER:
Our items may contain small pieces. These include, but are not limited to beads, pegs, buttons, ribbons, brads, and other embellishments, and are therefore generally not suitable for children under the age of 3.
All care has been taken to ensure these embellishments have been attached securely, however you should ensure your items are handled with care. At times we will have items that will be suitable for use by younger children, however we strongly recommend that all items are checked for loose pieces by an adult prior to each use to ensure the safety of the child.
No responsibility or liability will be accepted for any damage or injury arising from, or relating to, any misuse or mishandling of any items purchased from us.
